Rocking the Beardgang style

February 07, 2016

Not everyone is gifted with the ability to grow a beard but mist people want to have beards. Keeping beards is not a taboo neither is it a sin but not taking care of the beards should definitely be considered one.
I myself i am a beard keeper, not that there is any medal or reward for it but i will say they are benefits from it, as a beard keeper, you'd know what i mean. I started keeping my beards for almost two years now and whilst i see people shaving their beards around me trying to look responsible, at-least that's what they say, i'd just take good care of mine.
Some people has kept their beards for so long, giving it take of two-years, some three, four, five and it still looks nice with the reason being, they took care of it properly. Rocking the beardgang style is all about keeping the beards neat. Regular trimming and all makes the look attractive to others, especially the opposite sex.

There are ways you can use to take care of your beards. People ask me, why do you keep your beards, doesn't it itch you?. Well i take good care of my beards with good products and it doesn't itch me, not one bit.
I will show you how to care for for your beards and rock it in the beardgang manner. They are two ways to this,
  • First of all, i will start with the people that are growing the beards.
If you are growing the beards all you need to know is how to keep it clean to avoid rashes, bumps and all other skin infections.

Keeping a beard clean

Just like your hair, wash and shampoo your beard regularly. A mild shampoo is easier on your skin.
After shampooing, you may use a conditioner. Be sure to rinse thoroughly. Failure to rinse sufficiently may result in flaking. Because beard hairs are so coarse, conditioners will have less effect on the beard than on the hair on your head. But a conditioner will still help make your beard feel softer.
Gently pat and wipe your beard dry with a towel. Blow drying is not really necessary and can be harsh on your skin. Brush your beard with a wide brush to remove tangles.

  • Secondly, for those that have the beards already, follow these steps,
Wash It Regularly
This is especially important in the early stages of growth, when trapped food and skin cells can exacerbate the itchiness. Scrub your beard several times each week with a specialized cleanser, like Badass Beard care Wash, then gently pat it dry: An overzealous toweling can lead to frizz and split ends.

Love Thy Beard Oil
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: Nothing tames a beard like regular use of beard oil. There are many varieties to choose from, in a range of manly scents, but all of them will condition hairs to make them softer and shinier.  Badass Beard care oil is a tried-and-true favorite.

Learn to Train Your Beard
A regular trim will maintain your chosen shape, but it’s not the only way to keep your beard in line. A daily rubdown with a comb or beard brush will wrangle stubborn hairs, training them to grow in a downward direction. You can even up the ante with a soft-hold styler, like Jao Bomade Beardscent, which lends some extra sculpting power while taming any flyways.

Don’t Forget the Mustache
Unless you’ve chosen a chinstrap—and we really hope you didn’t—growing an epic beard also means growing a mustache. To keep it looking neat, trim the area around your philtrum (the area under your nose) with a pair of grooming scissors, and keep it naturally sculpted with a medium-hold wax, like Badass Beard care Wax.

The reason for badass beard care is because it has given me the best result for my beards. It is just as simple as that. Instead of Badass Beard care you can try another product. They are many product out there, you just have to find them..
