P U R P O S E

Hello guys, i really hope your week started well because mine did and i just wanted to share with you another post. So, i have been looking for a way to style this outfit in a "Streety way" and this is what i could come up with.

People get inspiration from different things and from different places, i get my own fashion inspiration from other bloggers. Lately, i haven't been inspiring and it left me wondering if it's because of my upcoming exams or maybe because i am actually scared.

Recently, another year was gifted upon me and ever since then i have been searching for purpose, what is the main reason for my posts, can i actually make something out of blogging?

Yes Yes Yes.. I think you can succeed in whatsoever you put your mind too. There is no stopping you from achieving your dreams if your mind is firm on your main purpose.

I haven't really turned blogging into full-time but i want to keep on posting regularly so as to attract and win the heart of other fashion bloggers. When i started blogging, i always taught it was gonna be difficult, i also thought that the country i am in will make it impossible for me but little did i know that i was wrong. Currently i am studying in Northern-Cyprus, and i must confess, they have a very shitty weather here but apart from that, its all good. Here is a small country with lots of students like me but then again, i have been able to influence the life of various students through fashion.

I remember when i first came here, the stores here were selling fakes and that was how i fell inlove with online shopping. Not to brag or anything, we all know ASOS is a big brand but through my constant online purchase from here, folks around started shopping online. Most stores noticed this also and they started purchasing the originals but their prices are absurd.

I am trying to influence as much people as possible with fashion. Fashion speaks, it;s words are creativity, art and passion. People with creativity got style and there is no denying it.

 As a fashion blogger my purpose is to offer me to others in the most creative way possible, to give fashion tips and advice to others and also to deliver quality. I have my own style preferences, i can style my outfits in different ways . The jean i wore in this outfit post is actually a plain one, so i decided to rip it so as to give it that actual denim look.

 This post is just a way of making a real stand in the bloggers world. The guy on the wall is basically about me, what inspired my blogging and how am trying to take it to the next level. This post will definitely be the longest i have ever written so just stick with me to the end.

 A B O U T M E

My name is Jeremiah Adebiyi but Jerry is fine, i'm an IT student by choice and i love my life(lol).
I play football, i love inspirational activities(i.e inspirational movies, blogs) and i study. I must confess, life is not really easy when you are an IT student, how do i know this?, from experience people. I mean, first year was cool and all but as you begin to code and go deeper, it's just consumes all your time. I'm not the planning type but blogging as thought me that you actually do need a plan. People say things becomes easier if you have a plan but what do i know, i only just learnt how to ride a bicycle last week(lol).
I was once a medical student, that phase of life made me realize that, what is not meant to be can't be. I find peace in taking pictures with my camera, listening to music, playing football or reading/watching anything inspirational. Talking about football, i believe everyone has a given talent, well, football is mine. Can't nothing stop me when am on the pitch, i think of nothing other than the ball in my legs. In that same moment, it feels like i'm on another planet, where nobody judges you, where your only task is trying to win. I take pride in doing what i'm capable of doing and i take no pleasure in looking down on others because we all have our own problems. I won't say i'm humble but i'd rather say i give respect to whom respect is ought to be given to. Moving on, i'd like discuss things that inspired my blogging.

 WHAT INSPIRED MY BLOGGING?

Apart from football, i always wondered what i was really good at. I started noticing people around me, dressing the same way i dress, asking me details on where i got my shoe or my jeans. I'm just a normal regular guy but i feel good when i'm answering questions about my outfit. I found my inspiration from Friends, Tumblr, Instagram, Photography, music and Bloggers.

Tumblr:

Firstly, without the Internet, none of this things would make any sense, but tumblr really inspired me. I remember my first phone came with a tumblr app. At first, i never really knew what it was for until i signed up and i saw different users with different content and then i gradually understood it. Seeing peoples content on Tumblr, made me fall in love with photography. Seeing some images gave me a feeling of what could be. I actually connected with a few users on there. Some of them users turned out to be bloggers and some where just looking for a place to showcase their works.

Photography:

Photography is just one thing. For me, it's like capturing that moment that you want to relive. Have you ever snapped a shot of a friend, and it was so lovely that he tried recreating that moment but it was difficult(I've been there too). I take shots of me because am a fashion guy, but when i feel happy or just in the mood, i pick up my camera or my phone and take random pictures of anything. I got inspiration from seeing other peoples images and i try to do better. 

Instagram:

Instagram is really the major app for sharing image posts these days. Instagram came and changed the whole social game. It was like the big bang theory in the social world. I had an account where i post lots of stuffs few years back but it was hacked and the best idea was to open another account. Instagram is my favorite app. Waking up in the morning, seeing the post of people i follow just gives me an idea of my outfit. It gets tricky sometimes because you see different dope outfits that gets you confused. This gave me inspiration and also gave me a perspective on what i really liked and don't like.

Music:

Music is same for all people. I can judge you by listening to your playlist. It makes you feel alive and it can also give you answers to different questions.(does that make sense?) Listening to lyrics of an artist is like listening to poetry, he is trying to talk about his life or he is trying to create a scenario. For me, i listened to alot of Eminem, kanye and Chris Brown.

One thing about the music you like is that you always like the artist. I like this bunch, they all have their fashion style(dope in their way). Don't let me even get started on Kanye and Breezy. Music just gave me sense towards life.

These bloggers always come out with different post that inspires me to be better. Gallucks have this amazing way of reaching out to you and also responding to your message. He thought me different things including having a plan, which is very important if you want to succeed in blogging. I can also say the same thing for the rest.

Friends:

My friends inspired me in opening a blog. My blog is a year old and the reason i created the blog is a way to share my lifestyle with my outfits. People close to me can benefit including people that aren't.

I remember the first post i made, i really got lots of attention then as a starter, then gradually i started developing new ideas on how to go further with the blog.

After changing the domain name of the blog, i plan on posting dope contents on the blog. The quality of your blog determines you sponsorship quality. I already have a plan and yh, i just can't wait to unveil these plans. Just stick along with me and it can only get better. It's not going to be easy, trying to put me out there with my pictures results in hate and negativity and as i have recently just learnt, "block and delete" or Ignoring the negativity is the way to move on. My Style Statement

I love music. Music is everything to me and so is fashion. Sometimes when i listen to someones playlists, i can imagine what they are feeling inside. It's like a portal to their soul. What if i said i could know what you are feeling with the way you dress, would you believe me?
Someone asked me today, what are you trying to say? At first, i didn't know what he was talking about because she never looked at my first, she just kept on looking at the way i ripped and folded my jean, immediately i said well, i'm just trying to be me.

It never really hit me not until i thought about it for the second time. Anytime i am selecting my shoe or ripping my jean, i try to connect with me, in a way that i'm just trying to make people see the beauty of art through fashion. I love art so much, also music, i mean who doesn't like music?
Sometimes when i wear the ripped jean, it's actually because i'm stressed and i'm not just in the mood.
I have never bought a ripped jean before and i don't intend to, the reason because, i can shred it myself. I like to make my style known to people.
People that knows fashion must have a thing for art and music. I never knew what the lady thought but she definitely inspired this post.

There are people and places from which my inspiration comes from(New Post Purpose). This people thought me how to style same outfit in different ways, how to actually make your style statement known. Sometimes i don't get the styling correct but i always discover new ways of styling from those errors. It doesn't matter if i get one like, two likes on social media, all i just try to make sure is that i leave my statement in my style. I let my style do the talking.

You also can develop a statement if you don't have one. You just have to be determined and patient, with this two things, you can actually achieve anything you want. So what is your style statement?

Take me Away !

 
 Let the silence be heard, i give into it completely. I have always wondered why the day won't come but now i know. I will wait until that day comes so i could enjoy the silence with you. People don't understand the noise inside the silence, People can't hear the sound it makes. It pains me to see such beautiful memory fade away.
Cant you speak? Why don't you want them to hear you? Are you afraid that they won't understand you? I understand the fact that not everyone listens, but i do. I lay down my pride to become as one with you, i remain humble but still you won't share. Take me away with your voice, Take me away with your words, Take me into those deep thoughts of yours, Take me into your shelter so that you may share with me your words.

   Am i not worthy? Don't i deserve your presence? Finally you speak again, but this words i don't understand. I can hear your voice, it's as loud as a trumpet sound but yet i remain in this silence with no understanding of these words.

Oh mother nature, what have you done to me? What did you do to me to make you love you so much?. Where people see trees, i see beauty. I have never heard silence like this before, but inside this silence is still your loud voice. I feel you, I see your beauty, i admire and will always cherish your presence, Take me away.

  There are others like me that feel that feel the same way but also others that don't but what do they know?. Don't ignore us because of them, don't be afraid because of them, It's the way of the world. Not everyone appreciates your beauty even as they see you everyday. I hear you, i understand you and i will just keep on waiting  until you take me away..

WEEKEND WRAP #1

I'm back people!!. I was having lots of difficulties trying to post on here but now it has been rectified.
I wanted to publish this post yesterday but to no avail, so i though next-week would be a good time but then again, there will be another adventure next-week.
Weekend wrap will be posted every Monday and it showcases all the fun and adventure i had with every details, including every alone moments, the book i read and all. It will also give you some sort of inspirational message to get you going through the week.

1. I visited Salamis Bay Conti. I would allow it speak for itself but it was truly amazing. I allowed myself to a nice massage and steam bath.

     2. Me and friends went to watch Deadpool at the cinema.

     3. Listened to T.L.O.P album, mehn i kept track 3 on replay.

     4. Arsenal had a poor run against Hull city and yet faces Barcelona.

     5. Made a new look to my website. This is what caused uttered my presence here.

     6. Oh, I love Lamacun. This is a Turkish food that i know without doubt, you would fall for.
